KERA Gallery is a contemporary art space founded by Ilana Abigail Slutsky in 2022 and based in Tbilisi, Georgia. Dedicated to supporting both emerging and established artists, KERA represents a diverse roster of local and international voices. The gallery’s mission is to foster cross-cultural exchange, promote contemporary Georgian art globally, and create new platforms for artistic dialogue.
In addition to exhibitions, KERA runs an artist residency program in the hills surrounding Tbilisi. The residency invites artists to engage with local traditions, science, and cultural heritage while developing new work in a reflective environment.
KERA has organized notable projects such as a group exhibition in Venice during the 59th Venice Biennale; a collaborative presentation at TAF 2022 featuring Tedo Rekhviashvili and Edoardo Dionea Cicconi; the Ink Fusion printmaking show at the Georgian Museum of Fine Arts; and the critically acclaimed solo show “Memory, Power & Temptations” by Tedo Rekhviashvili, acquired in full by the Museum.
In 2024, KERA presented Galib Gassanoff’s project INSTITUTION at TAF — a multidisciplinary initiative that merges fashion, cultural heritage, and social impact through revived traditional techniques and sustainable production.
Through its exhibitions, residencies, and collaborations, KERA continues to build meaningful bridges between the Georgian art scene and the global cultural landscape.
